Engagement Session: Stephanie and Dustin

  This Engagement Session was more like play than work and that's a blessing after suffering a scorching week of 100 degree temps. The rain eased the discomfort of heat and made for an easy morning of picture snapping by the Pee Dee River. It was my pleasure capturing the love between Stephanie and Dustin. Both have such sweet disposition and concern for each other. Maybe as you peer at these images you'll hear Stephanie's soulful laughter and sense Dustin's gentle fortitude.

* Story of when they met: They met at Lake Wateree. Stephanie and friends went for a dip at night and she was afraid to enter the dark water. She found courage when some guy named, "Dustin" locked her hand in his. She insisted, "I'll only jump, if you hold my hand!" He did....They jumped in the water and fell in love:)

Casey's Bridal

   So this was my first Bridal EVER!! The Lucky Girl was Casey Rabon from Conway S.C. I am not a patient kinda girl, so waiting to post these has driven me crazy. She is so beautiful and was an absolute joy. Her smile is captivating and contagious. Casey is as sweet as sugar and South Carolina Highway Patrolman David Skipper is blessed to have her as his wife. Enjoy these and congrats Mr. and Mrs. Skipper!!!

The MacDonald Family

    Spent a humid Memorial afternoon with this cute little family. It was fun to meet Margaret Ann's grandchildren. She has been a co-worker of mine for many years.  We were saddened when she recently retired as library assistant. I was so excited when she called me to shoot pics of her crew. Thank goodness for the shade of the huge pines of Dan and Gay's yard. The girls and I wanted to dive in the fountains. These kids were full of spunky personality (just the way I like em :):)!!! Taking great pics of the perfect way to get the summer started. Thanks again Dan and Gay for your hospitality and access to your beautiful garden.
